Fredrick, 91, of Stroudsburg, passed from this life to be with her father and mother on Mother’s day, Sunday, May 14, 2017 at Pleasant Valley Manor Nursing Home. Born on Oct. 22, 1925, she was the daughter of Forest and Mary Emma (Martin) Singer.Annette was a lifelong resident of Monroe County.
