Helen Strunk, 97, of East Stroudsburg, passed away peacefully on Aug. 10, 2016 at The Golden Living Center.Born in Minisink Hills on Feb. 19, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Nancy (VanWhy) Strunk.Helen was a lifelong resident of Monroe County.
